Mindova is an AI-powered collaboration platform that connects volunteers with companies to solve real-world challenges. The Platform provides:

• Challenge posting and management tools for companies
• AI-powered task decomposition and volunteer matching
• Team formation and collaboration features
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Reputation and portfolio building for volunteers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Types

The Platform offers two types of accounts:

• Volunteer Accounts: For individuals contributing skills and time to challenges
• Company Accounts: For organizations posting challenges and seeking solutions

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or malicious activities
• Not misuse or attempt to manipulate the AI matching system
• Complete accepted tasks and commitments in good faith

5. Volunteer Responsibilities

Volunteers agree to:

• Accurately represent their skills and experience
• Accept only tasks they can reasonably complete
• Communicate availability and capacity honestly
• Deliver work that meets agreed-upon standards
• Respect confidentiality of challenge information

6. Company Responsibilities

Companies agree to:

• Provide clear and accurate challenge descriptions
• Set realistic expectations and deadlines
• Respect volunteer contributions and efforts
• Provide timely feedback and communication
• Not request illegal or unethical work

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

All Platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mindova and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they create. By posting challenges or submitting work, you grant Mindova a license to display and distribute this content through the Platform.

7.3 Work Product

Ownership of work product created through the Platform should be agreed upon between companies and volunteers. We recommend establishing clear IP agreements before commencing work.

8. AI Technology

Our Platform uses AI technology to analyze challenges, match volunteers, and form teams. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated recommendations are not guaranteed to be perfect. Users should exercise their own judgment when accepting matches and assignments.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mindova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Quality of work delivered through the Platform
• Disputes between users
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Accuracy of AI-generated matches and recommendations

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. Users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
